Terje and Seinar Alvestad building Proa 66 (Custom 20m/13m: 66'/43') in Norway.
Terje Alvestad winters on Hopen Island at 76 degrees N, in the Arctic Ocean. Terje and his brother Seinar will be building a proa each in the relative summer warmth of mainland Norway. They propose living on the proas prior to cruising in more temperate climes. The proas will be built in vacuumed foam/glass using our cheap female mould process. They will also be using Solomon drives.
