Harryproa is a revolutionary Rob Denney conceived proa series combining space, speed and safety with ease of building and handling. Performance, comfort and economy all in one boat.

Harryproas work so well because they keep the sailing and living functions separate. The windward hull accommodation is free of masts, centreboard cases, and inconvenient structural bulkheads, whilst the long, low, narrow leeward hull enhances sailing and holds the rig. Sailing loads are all very concentrated, minimizing building effort and boat weight. Proas do not tack, they shunt which is far easier both to implement and learn than tacking.

As Harryproas are a whole new type of boat they are in a state of continual development. Rob Denney is involved with these boats because they are different, fast and fun, he welcomes input to improve the boats, and takes a very active interest in any that are being built or sailed.
